Refund policy

Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept requests for return, refund, or exchange of products due to personal preference. We will only accept return, refund, or exchange of products If the product has been delivered in a damaged condition or if the product is expired or spoiled. We will only accept the request within 24 hours upon receiving the products. We will also need your help to take photos to show the condition of the products in order for us to proceed with the return, refund, or exchange.  A receipt or proof of purchase is also needed.

If a product was ordered and invoiced but not included in the delivery, or if the wrong product was delivered, Bunny Planet shall either refund the Customer the value of that product or replace the product.

Product pictures provided on this site are to help recognize products. Due to packaging redesign and improvements, these may not reflect exactly on the package you receive. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all descriptions, details, and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the information was input into the system. The information appearing on this Website at any time may not reflect the exact position at the moment you place an order.

If any product which was not included in the Customer's order is delivered to the Customer, Bunny Planet shall collect the product from the Customer. 

If the Customer has been charged for a product that has not been delivered. In that case, Bunny Planet shall either refund the Customer the value of the product as charged to the Customer or resend the specific product to the Customer.

If a Customer is charged more than the value of a product, Bunny Planet shall refund the Customer the difference.

All refunds will be made via the same mode of payment within a reasonable time. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
