Shipping policy

We offer local shipping by a 3rd party logistics partner, like J&T or Qxpress or other similar service providers. All orders will be processed for courier pick-up within two working days once payment has been made and verified. 

Usually, your orders will be delivered within 1-3 working days. The delivery and scheduling of your orders will be determined by the 3rd party logistics partner. 

If you need Express or time-specific delivery, please contact us. We will liaise with the 3rd party logistics partner to ensure the service is available. Extra shipping costs will occur for special delivery requests. All deliveries will be tracked, and you will be notified of your order’s tracking number. The tracking number will be sent to the email indicated by you.

Deliveries may be delayed during peak seasons or other unforeseen operational hiccups. Bunny Planet shall not bear the responsibility of any delay once the parcel is picked up by the 3rd party logistic partner.
